4 lbs chicken
2 bags of cauliflower rice
1 big bag of broccoli
Chicken Seasoning
1 tbs paprika
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbs onion powder
1 tbs cumin
1 tbs chili powder
1 tbs salt
1 tbs pepper
4 tbs chipotle sauce
1 lime
Rice Seasoning
½ onion chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin

Directions
Chicken Prep
- Cube chicken
- Add chicken seasonings and mix into chicken
- Add lime juice
- Add chipotle sauce
- Cook in large skillet until internal temperature reaches 165
Rice Prep
- Put both bags of rice into large skillet
- Add chopped onion and rice seasoning
- Cook in skillet for 5-7 minutes over medium heat
Broccoli Prep
Follow the instructions on the bag, or steam them on the stove for 5-7 minutes.
Distribute into 5-6 containers and refrigerate for later.
