Lazy quinoa

Ingredients

1 cup Quinoa 
1 cup vegetable broth
Seasoning

Directions

Boil liquid - 1 cup vegetable broth and at least 1.5 cups water  (or at least 2.5 cups water)
Add 1 cup dry quinoa 
Cook for 15 min 
Separate quinoa from water with fine mesh strainer 
Season as desired 

Recipe can be doubled
